Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious Teaching Assistant to join a Primary School in Doncaster to work on a long-term basis starting in January!
You'll be part of a supportive school community, working with an experienced team of Teachers and Teaching Assistants. Your main role will be to give 1:1 support to across all year groups, helping them to succeed both academically and socially in the classroom.
This is an exciting role for a new or experienced Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic school to support pupils in reaching their potential!
What You'll Be Doing in the Role:
Support the inclusion and wellbeing of all pupils in the classroom.
Provide 1:1 support for pupils
Run fun and engaging catch-up or small group sessions when needed.
Create a warm and positive learning space for all children.
Essential Qualifications:
Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting, ideally with SEN support.
A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB, or similar), or strong relevant experience as a Teaching Assistant.
A genuine love of helping children learn and achieve their best.
* A team player who can work well with the class teacher and school staff.
