Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable Teaching Assistants to support our partner schools throughout South Yorkshire for January starts. As a Teaching Assistant in these settings, you will play a key role in helping students develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
Main Responsibilities:
Provide personalised support for pupils, helping with behaviour, emotional regulation, and academic progress.
Assist teachers with lesson delivery and adapt activities to suit individual learning needs.
Use positive behaviour strategies to encourage engagement and stability.
Monitor and record student progress, communicating clearly with teachers, parents, and external agencies.
Work collaboratively with school staff to provide consistent provision.
Follow all safeguarding procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of every pupil.
