- Participate in HR meetings and contribute ideas
- Participate and manage the implementation of HR Initiatives to meet the goals of the organisation.
- Assist in Employee relation matters escalating complex issues to management
- Assist in a range of activities and providing necessary support to the wider HR team.
- Oversee performance appraisals, supporting managers in employee development
- Identify training and development needs of the whole workforce to address specific training needs.
- Work collaboratively with payroll to help with the resolution of payroll related queries.
- Generate HR data, metrics and data to produce reports.
- Assist with recruitment, posting jobs, review applications and schedule interviews.
- Strong generalist experience with a proven background managing ER cases.
- Qualified to CIPD Level ore relevant qualification.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.
- Be computer literate.
