We're seeking a dynamic and driven Electrical Engineering Team Leader and Supervisor to guide and inspire our talented engineering team. In this pivotal role, you'll lead the engineering team to ensure the smooth running of the manufacturing facility.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead and coordinate daily electrical maintenance activities, both planned and reactive
  • Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting expertise on electrical systems and equipment
  • Manage maintenance schedules, ensure compliance with H&S regulations, and maintain accurate records
  • Mentor and develop a team of engineers and technicians, promoting a safety-first culture
  • Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives for increased uptime and efficiency
  • Liaise with other departments (e.g., production, facilities, projects) to support operations and upgrades
