Elevation Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a leading plastics manufacturer who are looking to recruit a Trainee Injection Moulding Setter to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the plastics industry. Full training will be provided, with the chance to progress into a fully qualified Setter role.

The Role:

• Support with the setup, operation, and monitoring of injection moulding machines
• Assist senior Setters in tool changes, machine adjustments, and troubleshooting
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety on the production floor
• Work as part of a supportive and knowledgeable team to gain valuable hands-on experience

What we’re looking for:

• A genuine interest in manufacturing and engineering
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
• Experience working with machinery previously
• Flexibility to work different shift patterns once training is complete and you are working unsupervised
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
