There may be a requirement to work outside of these hours, including at weekends dependant on workload, so flexibility is required.Contract: Temporary to Permanent.Gi Group Recruitment are now seeking to appoint an experienced Paint Sprayer to our modern manufacturing client, based in Epworth, Doncaster. We're looking to speak with motivated & reliable candidates who want to learn new skills and develop with a business who are in a period of growth. Due to the location and start time, you will need to have a reliable method of transport, as public transport options are limited.Duties of the Paint Sprayer* Applying paints, coatings, and finishes to various products whilst following a production schedule.* Using a keen eye for detail to ensure the highest levels of quality throughout the product life-cycle.* Helping to plan and organise the spray shop workload when required.* Carrying out corrective and preventive action when needed, in collaboration with other departments.* Reporting any issues with equipment, quality or scheduling to the Spray Shop Supervisor.* Ensuring maintenance is carried out correctly and on time, to ensure that equipment is clean and safe to use.* Adhering to and championing health and safety best practice.* Maintaining spray shop and paint stores in line with company requirements, ensuring correct stock levels and responsible usage of materials and equipment.Criteria for the Paint Sprayer* Previous experience in a spray shop environment is essential.* Excellent attention to detail and ability to monitor quality of own work and others.* An organised individual who takes pride in their work.* Must be physically fit and comfortable going up and down ladders. * Knowledge of Health & Safety processes.* A team player who is happy to contribute ideas and solutions.
