In-house Employment Solicitor

South Yorkshire

Hybrid 3 days a week in the office

In-house Employment Solicitor is required to join a PLC household name on a permanent basis. You will be joining a well regarded legal team and be providing employment advice across the group.

As the In-House Employment Solicitor, you will be;

  • Undertaking a wide range of employment law matters, both on the contentious and non contentious side
  • Working with internal stakeholders to include HR and Employee relations to provide employment law advice and drafting employment contracts when required
  • Drafting and amending employment policies and procedures and working on projects within the Group
  • Managing Employment Tribunal claims up to preliminary hearings and instructing counsel thereafter

As the In-house Employment Solicitor, you will have;

  • A Qualified Solicitor with a good working practice of Employment Law
  • Experience advising in-house legal teams on employment law either within an in-house setting or private practice
  • Ability to build and continue working relationships across the group, providing clear and concise advice
