Job Title: Family Solicitor
Location: South Yorkshire
Hours: Full Time - Hybrid Working (up to 2 days from home)

Role Overview
You will be a compassionate and client-focused legal professional handling a blend of private children and domestic abuse matters AND/OR matrimonial finance. With autonomy over your caseload and the backing of a supportive team, your work will span urgent legal intervention, court representation, and advisory duties.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload involving private family law, especially matters such as child arrangements, residence, contact, and domestic abuse issues, AND/OR matrimonial finances
- Deliver legal guidance and representation for clients in court and related proceedings.
- Conduct advocacy, particularly in urgent or high-stakes hearings.
- Collaborate effectively within the firm and with external support agencies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, ideally with 2+ years PQE - (will look at NQ's who have previous family law experience)
- Demonstrated experience with private children matters and domestic abuse cases, AND/OR matrimonial finances
- Strong advocacy background, particularly in urgent contexts.
- Knowledge of Legal Aid considered a plus but not essential
