Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, and transfers of property.
  • Handling all legal aspects of the conveyancing process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient completions.
  • Working closely with internal teams to streamline processes and ensure smooth transactions.
  • Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients while ensuring compliance with all legal regulations.
  • Collaborating with colleagues in a supportive team environment to achieve departmental and organisational goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing, with a solid understanding of the conveyancing process.
  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licenced Conveyancer: Ideally with the appropriate qualifications, though consideration will be given to those with relevant experience.
