MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Logistics Coordinator to establish operations within a new facility to ensure the smooth movement of vehicles & support site operations.
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Managing all on site vehicle movements focusing on arrivals, unloading and departures
- Being first point of contact for all drivers, conducting induction & safety briefing
- Maintaining vehicle movement logs
- Monitoring & support Weighbridge
- Managing inbound & outbound logistics
- Other duties as required
To be considered for this role you should have:
- A strong interest in logistics & site operations
- Experience in the haulage industry
- Full, UK driving licence &
- Ideally a Fork Lift Truck licence (training can be provided)
- The ability to use an IT system to log & schedule vehicles & weighbridge inputs
