Description
As the Maintenance Engineer (Days) you'll be tasked with the following;
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of machinery within the FMCG environment.
- Identifying and rectifying any potential issues or faults within the machinery.
- Ensuring all equipment complies with health and safety regulations.
- Conducting regular maintenance checks and implementing proactive measures.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure the smooth running of operations.
- Managing resources and inventory related to the machinery.
- Providing technical guidance and training to junior staff members.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
Profile
A successful Maintenance Engineer (Days) should have:
- A HNC/HND/ONC/NVQ in Engineering field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the fast paced environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of machinery and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Job Offer
- An attractive salary package around £39,000 GBP
- Working hours from 07:30 to 15:30.
