Are you a seasoned quality leader ready to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are seeking an Interim Head of Quality to lead and elevate the quality function of a leading Manufacturer during a critical period of transformation and growth.
Key Responsibilities:-
Provide strategic and hands-on leadership across all aspects of quality within the manufacturing operation.

Drive improvements in quality systems, processes, and compliance to industry standardsÂ

Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for major quality issues and customer concerns.

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure product and process integrity.

Champion a culture of continuous improvement, training, and accountability throughout the organisation.

Prepare for and lead external audits, ensuring regulatory and customer requirements are met.

Proven experience as a Head of Quality or senior quality leader within a manufacturing environment (automotive, aerospace, or similar preferred).

Strong knowledge of quality management systems, lean manufacturing, and regulatory compliance.

Demonstrated ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable improvements under tight timelines.

Hands-on and pragmatic approach with strong problem-solving skills.

Available at short notice and comfortable in an interim/contract setting.
