Days
Role description
Provide Production with adequate quantities of repaired Mould equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out the repair and maintenance of Mould equipment
- Record daily work carried out on a job sheet to provide an accurate reference point
- Fault finding and problem solving
- Demonstrate flexibility to support a 24-hour operation
- Carry out housekeeping in accordance with Company hygiene rules
Required skills / qualifications:
- A dynamic approach with the ability to work proactively
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Gained a recognised apprenticeship (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or Toolmaking
- Knowledge of mould equipment and repair techniques
- Knowledge of and commitment to continuous improvement
