Do you excel at fostering partnerships between apprentices, tutors, and employers to ensure success? We are looking for a committed and organised Apprentice Reviewer to join a thriving Further Education team.As an Apprentice Reviewer, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of apprentices, ensuring timely and effective progress reviews, and supporting learners toward successful completion of their programmes.

Key Responsibilities:o Conduct regular reviews with apprentices and their employers (ideally every 10 weeks).o Monitor learner progress, attendance, and readiness for End Point Assessment (EPA).o Schedule and document all reviews in the college's learner management system.o Collaborate with tutors and support staff to ensure consistency.o Promote compliance with health and safety, safeguarding, and equal opportunities.o Support with Functional Skills and coordinate learner inductions.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:o A recognised Level 3 qualification or above.o Experience in apprenticeship delivery or work-based learning.o Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.o Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.o A full and current UK driving licence (essential for travel).
