- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Report back to teaching staff on student progress and any issues
- Support the wider school as needed
What We’re Looking For:
GCSEs, including English and Maths; a degree is preferred
Experience working with young people (schools, tutoring, mentoring, youth work, etc.)
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Confidence, resilience, and the ability to think on your feet
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
What We Offer:
- Flexible working patterns to suit your availability
- Opportunities to work in a range of schools and settings
- Valuable experience for those considering a career in teaching
- Ongoing support and optional CPD training
Whether you’re exploring a future in education or seeking flexible work that makes a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
