Reed Education are currently looking for an organised and dedicated School Administrator to support our client in the DN5 area of Doncaster. We are working on this role exclusively and are looking for the absolute best talent in the sector to support this wonderful school.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide vital support to the school on all matters of policy and compliance, you will be responsible for developing an organisational system to maintain high standards of compliance of documentation in school.
  • Perform data entry and file organisation for a busy office in a large primary school.
  • Support a busy office with various administrative tasks, such as telephone and email enquiries.
  • Managing visitors to the school, ensuring compliance with safeguarding procedures.
  • Coordinate and maintain student records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  •  Support with the distribution of school communications, including newsletters and notices.
  • Manage stock levels for school supplies, implementing strong organisational skills when placing orders and managing communication with suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Excel and other spreadsheet software.
  • Experience with policy and compliance administration.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding legislation and application of policies and procedures in school/local authority.
  • Previous experience as a school administrator is desirable.
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Have a personable and professional approach, with the ability to build strong relationships with students and adults.
  • At least 1-2 years of administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have an enhanced DBS.
