Your Responsibilities: As a SEND-focused educator, you'll:? Plan and deliver customised lessons in core academic subjects.? Offer emotional and educational support with a trauma-informed approach.? Promote both academic achievement and social development.? Adapt flexibly to 1:1 and small group environments, meeting each learner at their level.

What We're Looking For: ? Recognised teaching status (QTS or QTLS) with at least two years' classroom experience.? Solid track record of working with SEND, SEMH, or moderate to severe learning needs.? Up-to-date safeguarding training and Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).? Two references and eligibility to work in the UK.
