Your Role:
- Support & Nurture: Provide tailored support to SEN children, fostering their academic and personal growth.
- Collaborate: Work closely with teachers and staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Adapt & Implement: Implement individualised education plans (IEPs) and adapt teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each child.
- Encourage & Motivate: Help children build confidence and develop essential skills through encouragement and motivation.
What They’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in supporting children with SEN in an educational setting.
- Versatility: Ability to work effectively both 1:1 and in small groups.
- Key Qualities: Resilience, patience, and empathy are essential qualities for this role.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
