We're looking for a driven Project Manager with a passion for faades and building envelopes to take the lead on high-profile projects with Tier 1 contractor clients.

This isn't just another PM role. You'll own your projects, typically managing three at any one time: one in planning, one in production, and one on site in delivery. From pre-construction handover through to final handover, you'll be the one steering the ship.

You'll be out on site, in design meetings, and at client briefings - making key decisions and keeping projects moving. If you thrive on variety, responsibility and the buzz of seeing your work come to life on major projects, this is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead end-to-end delivery of faade/envelope projects, taking ownership from pre-con to final completion.
Juggle three live projects across different stages - keeping each one on track
Partner with Tier 1 contractors and consultants, delivering design led architectural faades
Drive collaboration between design, commercial, production and site teams.
Problem-solve on the spot - managing risk, cost and programme while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

About You

We want to speak with people who:

Have cut their teeth in faade, curtain walling, unitised systems, rainscreen cladding, or wider building envelope.
Bring hands-on project management experience with faade or envelope contractors.
Know how to balance technical detail, commercial awareness and client relationships.
Are comfortable taking the lead across multiple projects - and keeping calm under pressure.
Enjoy working with Tier 1 contractors and being the person they rely on.
