Location: Doncaster
Salary: £32,500 – £34,500 (rising after full training)
Shifts: Rotating Days & Nights, Monday to Friday
We’re recruiting for a reputable and well-established manufacturing business in Doncaster that is expanding its operations and seeking a committed Process Operator. This is a varied and hands-on position where you’ll be responsible for:

Operating plant machinery to manufacture products to exact production standards

Performing in-process quality checks and basic laboratory testing (e.g., pH, viscosity)

Receiving, checking, and correctly storing raw materials
-
Packaging and dispatching finished products to customer specifications
-
Maintaining site organisation and assisting with maintenance when required

Working in line with strict Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality procedures

Experience operating plant or production equipment in a manufacturing environment

High attention to detail and solid numerical skills

Self-motivated, safety-conscious, and reliable

Full UK driving licence (essential)

Forklift truck licence and/or basic lab testing skills (desirable)
