Senior Quantity Surveyor - Doncaster

Salary: 60,000 - 70,000
Location: Doncaster (with travel across UK & Ireland)
Sector: Commercial Fit-out & Construction

A well-established fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. The company delivers a range of high-quality commercial projects across office, retail, hospitality, leisure, and public sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full QS duties including BOQ creation, valuations, variations, and financial reporting
  • Pre- and post-contract cost management and procurement
  • Cost analysis, forecasting, and expenditure tracking
  • Vendor/subcontractor cost monitoring and recovery
  • Client and stakeholder engagement
  • Site visits across the UK and Ireland as required

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in fit-out or construction
  • Strong knowledge of UK and Irish markets
  • Proficient in measurement software, Excel, and Word
  • MRICS qualification (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
