What will you be doing? As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, your role will be varied and will involve:

Sourcing and interviewing candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
Building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates.
Using social media and job boards to advertise vacancies.
Managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
Working closely with senior consultants to learn the ropes and grow your skills.

What we are looking for:

Excellent communication skills: Both written and verbal, to engage with clients and candidates effectively.
Team player: Able to work well within a supportive and driven team.

Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
