About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic teacher who can deliver stimulating and inclusive lessons in Art and Design across Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful candidate will:
- Design and deliver engaging lessons that promote creativity, technical skill, and critical thinking
- Support students in exploring a range of artistic media and developing their individual style
- Monitor and assess pupil progress in accordance with school policies
- Contribute to the wider school community, including exhibitions and enrichment activities
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Art and Design at secondary level
- A strong portfolio and a genuine enthusiasm for the arts
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
