What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Provide one-to-one or small group support, helping students stay engaged and on track.

  • Assist teachers in delivering dynamic and tailored lessons.

  • Support pupils with SEN, behavioural challenges, or additional learning needs.

  • Help to manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.

  • Encourage student confidence, participation, and independence.

  • Supervise students during breaks, lunchtimes, and school activities.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience working with secondary-aged students (e.g. in schools, tutoring, or youth work).

  • Understanding of SEN, Autism, ADHD, and behavioural needs is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A calm, adaptable, and proactive mindset.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
