Learning Support Assistant

Location- Doncaster. Full-time £100 - £120 per day.

As a learning support assistant, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of KS3 and KS4 students in a positive learning environment.

Your role will involve collaborating with teachers and other professionals to ensure pupils receive personalised care to their individual needs.

Responsibilities

Assist classroom teachers in daily activities and provide instructional support. Deliver one-on-one or small group support to students requiring additional assistance. Contribute to classroom organisation, materials preparation, and administrative tasks. Supervise students during breaks, lunchtime, and field trips, ensuring their safety. Foster communication between teachers, parents, and students to support progress.

Requirements

Prior experience working in an educational setting would be advantageous. – Strong interpersonal and communication skills. – Display patience and empathy when working with students. – Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and follow instructions. – Dedication to creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
