Are you a highly organised and people-focused administrator looking to support employee wellbeing in a professional setting? We’re looking for a  proactive Co-ordinator to support our clients internal Occupational Health & Wellbeing services.Fixed Term Contract until April 2026Full Time - Hybrid working - 9am- 5pmDoncaster Start ASAP
What You’ll Do:-
Manage appointment bookings and waiting lists for services like counselling and physiotherapy

Help plan and organise on-site health and wellbeing events

Maintain accurate records, handle confidential data, and manage invoices and databases

Support the creation of wellbeing campaigns and digital communications

Liaise with internal teams and external health professionals

Strong admin or coordination experience (healthcare or HR admin a bonus)

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Comfortable working with confidential data and using systems/tools for scheduling and data entry

A proactive mindset with the ability to manage changing priorities

Willingness to support general admin tasks when needed
