What You’ll Do:
  • Manage appointment bookings and waiting lists for services like counselling and physiotherapy

  • Help plan and organise on-site health and wellbeing events

  • Maintain accurate records, handle confidential data, and manage invoices and databases

  • Support the creation of wellbeing campaigns and digital communications

  • Liaise with internal teams and external health professionals

What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong admin or coordination experience (healthcare or HR admin a bonus)

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Comfortable working with confidential data and using systems/tools for scheduling and data entry

  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage changing priorities

  • Willingness to support general admin tasks when needed
