The role involves building positive relationships, promoting participation, providing guidance, and connecting young people to services.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support youth activities (mainly evenings, possible weekends)
Build relationships with young people and encourage their involvement in decision-making
Plan, evaluate, and document sessions (registers, risk assessments, publicity)
Collaborate with local groups and secure venues after use

Ideal candidate will have:

Must have british driving lisence and access to vehicle
Level 3 qualification in a related field
Aware of child protection and safeguarding procedures
Ability to build relationships with children and young people
Able to work well as part of a team and a willingness to develop your understanding of the effectiveness of team working
Experience in delivering session to children with special education needs and disabilities
