Overview

A progressive organisation is seeking a talented CE Application Analyst to join their Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional who enjoys problem solving, enhancing systems and helping to deliver an outstanding customer experience. The role offers a hybrid working pattern, with two days per week on site in Doncaster.



Role Responsibilities

As a CE Application Analyst, you will play a key part in supporting and optimising the organisation's Dynamics 365 CE environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Providing application analysis, support and deployment within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE

  • Troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues promptly and effectively

  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements and platform improvements

  • Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve system performance

  • Staying up to date with new technologies and recommending best practice solutions



Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement)

  • Hands-on background in application analysis, deployment and troubleshooting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-focused approach
