Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Leading and supporting learners with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).

  • Managing a team of Teaching Assistants to ensure personalised, high-quality support.

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual student needs.

  • Creating an inclusive, nurturing classroom environment that promotes learning and development.

  • Collaborating with colleagues, families, and external professionals to support holistic student progress.

What We’re Looking For:
  • A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent). ECTs are encouraged to apply—contact us if you're currently completing your PGCE.

  • Previous experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) settings is highly desirable.

  • Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, empathetic approach.

  • Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.

  • Versatility in teaching across subjects or specialisms.

  • Knowledge of training such as SALT (Speech and Language Therapy) and Team Teach is an advantage.
