Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Saturdays: 1 in 4 (8:30 am – 12:00 pm) 
Overtime: Regular and well paid  Bonus: Performance-based scheme 
We’re looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician or MOT Tester to join a busy, modern automotive workshop in Doncaster. This is a full-time role within an established motor group offering excellent facilities, overtime opportunities, and genuine career development toward Master Technician status. You’ll be part of a friendly, professional team that values high standards and customer satisfaction.
Main responsibilities:

Carry out servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and MOT testing to manufacturer standards

Perform accurate fault-finding and first-time fixes across mechanical and electrical systems

Maintain quality and efficiency in all repair and maintenance work

Support and mentor junior technicians when required

Ensure all work areas and documentation meet workshop and safety standards
You’ll be joining a well-equipped, modern site with multiple service ramps, a dedicated MOT bay, on-site parking, and ongoing technical training to help you advance your skills.
Requirements:

Level 3 Vehicle Technician qualification (IMI or equivalent)

MOT Tester licence

Strong experience in diagnostics, servicing, and repair work
