As a Chef De Rang you will:

  • Manage your own section in the restaurant, delivering an elevated guest experience.

  • Maintain a polished, professional demeanour at all times and be a true ambassador for the establishment.
  • Show a keen interest and ability of learning about new dishes and ingredients

Candidates must have good references and a proven track in fine dining service in 5* or Rosette environments
