Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple residential groundworks contracts from start to completion.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards.
- Monitor budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, site teams, and subcontractors.
- Resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track.
- Report progress to senior management and contribute to strategic planning.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within groundworks or civil engineering.
- Strong commercial awareness and contract management skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Full UK driving licence.
