We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our clients team. In this role, you will ensure that the company meets established standards of quality, including reliability, usability, and performance. You will work closely with various departments to ensure compliance with quality standards and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

This position involves managing records, reviewing and analysing hardcopy documents, organising them efficiently, and ensuring secure and accessible storage for future use.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and control all project document flow.
  • Liaise with project teams to ensure understanding and compliance with document control procedures and common data environment (CDE) systems.
  • Provide training and guidance on the distribution of project information.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate information management.
  • Provide feedback to design and project managers regarding documentation issues.
  • Offer subject matter expertise and coaching on CDE software to project teams and subcontractors.
  • Ensure all documents are current and properly archived.
  • Support the project team with document retrieval and distribution.
  • Maintain and update the document control system.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in information management systems.
  • Prepare ad-hoc project reports and provide administrative support as needed.
