About the Role:We are seeking a passionate and experienced Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of six care homes - four in Dorset and two on the Isle of Wight. The role offers a unique opportunity to lead a mix of residential and nursing services, focusing on high-quality, person-centred care, business performance, and team leadership. You will play a key role in shaping the direction of the region while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of six care homes (5 residential, 1 nursing)
  • Provide support, supervision, and guidance to Home Managers
  • Ensure homes meet and exceed regulatory standards and business KPIs
  • Lead quality and compliance audits across all services
  • Drive occupancy, financial performance, and staff retention
  • Foster a positive, resident-focused culture in each service
  • Represent the organisation with external partners, families, and regulators
  • Lead strategic planning in line with company objectives
  • Support services through inspections, staffing challenges, and growth phases

About You:

  • Experienced regional or multi-site manager within the adult social care sector
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards
  • Proven track record of improving quality and performance across services
  • Nurse qualification NOT essential
  • Willingness to travel across Dorset and the Isle of Wight as needed
  • Commercially aware and capable of balancing quality with performance
