About the Role:We are seeking a passionate and experienced Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of six care homes - four in Dorset and two on the Isle of Wight. The role offers a unique opportunity to lead a mix of residential and nursing services, focusing on high-quality, person-centred care, business performance, and team leadership. You will play a key role in shaping the direction of the region while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of six care homes (5 residential, 1 nursing)
- Provide support, supervision, and guidance to Home Managers
- Ensure homes meet and exceed regulatory standards and business KPIs
- Lead quality and compliance audits across all services
- Drive occupancy, financial performance, and staff retention
- Foster a positive, resident-focused culture in each service
- Represent the organisation with external partners, families, and regulators
- Lead strategic planning in line with company objectives
- Support services through inspections, staffing challenges, and growth phases
About You:
- Experienced regional or multi-site manager within the adult social care sector
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards
- Proven track record of improving quality and performance across services
- Nurse qualification NOT essential
- Willingness to travel across Dorset and the Isle of Wight as needed
- Commercially aware and capable of balancing quality with performance
