Our client -- a leading manufacturer of ruggedised ultrasonic measuring equipment used in critical industrial and subsea environments worldwide -- is looking for an Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician to join their growing production team.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a key member of the Production Team, you'll work closely with the Production Manager, assembling high-quality electro-mechanical components that form part of complex and reliable instrumentation. With full internal training provided, you'll gain hands-on experience in a supportive, learning-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble electro-mechanical and sub-assemblies across product lines.
- Solder wires and components onto circuit boards.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and small machines for mechanical tasks.
- Integrate PCBs into final product assemblies.
- Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
- Work with bonding and encapsulation chemicals.
- Carry out quality checks and ensure adherence to QA standards.
- Support various tasks within the production environment as needed.
Who We're Looking For:
- Confident using hand tools and basic mechanical equipment.
- Some experience with soldering and electronic assembly.
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
- Basic computer literacy.
