What You'll Be Doing:

As a key member of the Production Team, you'll work closely with the Production Manager, assembling high-quality electro-mechanical components that form part of complex and reliable instrumentation. With full internal training provided, you'll gain hands-on experience in a supportive, learning-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble electro-mechanical and sub-assemblies across product lines.
  • Solder wires and components onto circuit boards.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and small machines for mechanical tasks.
  • Integrate PCBs into final product assemblies.
  • Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
  • Work with bonding and encapsulation chemicals.
  • Carry out quality checks and ensure adherence to QA standards.
  • Support various tasks within the production environment as needed.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Confident using hand tools and basic mechanical equipment.
  • Some experience with soldering and electronic assembly.
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
  • Basic computer literacy.
