Location: Wimborne

Salary: £24,459 per annum

Vacancy Type: Permanent, Full Time - Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00 (with one hour for lunch) (Some flexibility in hours may be available for the right candidate. Please note this is not a term-time only role)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join the HR team. Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, the HR Administrator will support the delivery of a professional and effective human resources service across the School.

The Role

The role will focus on recruitment and onboarding administration, progressing pre-employment checks, updating and maintaining HR records and systems, and supporting colleagues across a range of HR activities.

You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with safeguarding and employment legislation, while helping to create a positive experience for new and existing staff.

Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should have:

  • Previous administrative experience, excellent organisational and communication skills, and a high standard of written English.
  • A proactive approach, professional discretion, and the ability to build strong working relationships are essential.
  • Experience of working in HR, in the education sector, or with HR systems (such as recruitment or database platforms) would be an advantage.
