Engineering Supervisor, with a strong background in electrical and mechanical maintenance? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where you can lead, plan, and drive continuous improvement?
As the Engineering Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations by leading a team of engineers, maintaining equipment, and upholding the highest safety and engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Organizing workloads, allocating tasks, and ensuring smooth shift operations
Supporting and developing your team across electrical and mechanical disciplines
Diagnosing and repairing breakdowns while keeping downtime to a minimum
Driving efficiency, reliability, and process enhancements
Ensuring adherence to site standards, risk assessments, and permit to work procedures
Working closely with other departments to support site performance

About You:
Strong background in electrical & mechanical engineering
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Knowledge of engineering & site standards
Experienced in risk assessments & permit to work systems
Passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving
