Shift: Rotating pattern (NO NIGHTS)
Salary: £52,000 + Benefits

We're seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to support and maintain our production facility. This hands-on role will be crucial to ensuring minimal downtime, driving continuous improvement, and keeping operations running smoothly. You will also have opportunities to work on minor in-house projects and provide assistance to the Site Project Team when required.
Key Responsibilities For The Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer:
- Execute planned and reactive engineering tasks efficiently
- Support production through preventative maintenance & continuous improvement
- Troubleshoot breakdowns and escalate where appropriate
- Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, Food Quality, and documentation
- Contribute to smooth shift handovers with accurate reporting
What We're Looking For In a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing/food environment
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical engineering background
- Good communication, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude
- Flexible approach to shifts, weekend, and occasional overtime work
