Role Overview

We are seeking a SMSTS qualified Site Manager with LV/HV electrical experience to manage multiple short-term solar projects across Hampshire and Dorset. This is an ongoing B2B role, where each project typically lasts 2–3 weeks. You will be responsible for ensuring site operations run smoothly, teams are managed effectively, and all work is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations across multiple short-term solar projects.

  • Supervise LV and HV electrical installation works, ensuring quality and compliance.

  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with SMSTS and H&S standards.

  • Manage teams, subcontractors, and suppliers across multiple sites.

  • Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

  • Maintain site documentation, including RAMS, method statements, and compliance records.

Essential Qualifications & Experience
  • SMSTS qualification (mandatory).

  • Additional Health & Safety qualifications preferred.

  • LV/HV electrical experience, ideally on solar projects.

  • Proven experience managing small-to-medium construction sites.

  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
