We are seeking a committed and passionate Key Stage 1 Teacher to join our team on a long-term basis at a lovely school located just outside Dorchester, Dorset. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment where children are at the heart of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback and support.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil development.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience teaching in KS1.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A nurturing approach and commitment to pupil wellbeing.
- Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude.
