To be an advocate of the Connect2dorset brand, maintain our relationship with Dorset Council and our shareholders through ensuring all our candidates are onboarded effectively and efficiently and remain compliant to legislation and customer Service Level Agreements. You will play a pivotal part in the team to ensure positive experiences for our internal and external customers.
Key Duties:
· Onboard & monitor all candidates via screening to ensure all checks are completed prior to starting on assignment or permanent placement.
· Trigger all email requests for new onboarding of candidates.
· Manage all Screening queries, including reference correspondence and documentation and seek support with the central compliance team.
· Liaise with all Hiring Managers/Delivery Consultants to manage expectations and demands in terms of progress of candidate journey.
· Review, verify and accept all candidate’s documentation through to sign off.
· Liaise with all Delivery Consultants and Recruitment Agency Supply Chain partners to ensure correct documentation is obtained.
· Process DBS applications and verify pending submissions.
· Provide monthly stats to the Business Manager.
· Monitoring outstanding screening issues, delays to pending files and resolving disputes, as applicable.
· Monitoring the screening log and ensuring all files are actioned/reviewed within 72 hours (if not highlighting the risks to the Business Manager).
· Identify training needs across the team and agency supply chain’s compliance representatives and provide recommendations to the Business Manager.
· Monitor all expiry reports for visa, statutory courses, and all other professional body checks to ensure these remain within date.
· Support the team to follow legislative and legal guidelines by signing off candidate files across all brands.
· Conduct weekly and monthly audits in relation to expenses, SWE registrations, DBS expiry dates, car driver related compliance and any other audits, as requested by the Business Manager.
· Provide support on data management and projects that can impact the integrity of the data.
· Ensure all compliance updates are added to the RCRM for recording and reporting purposes.
· Sign off all candidate compliance files for workers to commence in their assignments.
· To 'police’ all compliance to ensure full audit compliance achievement for internal and external audits.
Managing our recruitment agencies to ensure submissions are action and they are submitting compliance.
What we need from you
Great working knowledge of compliance and/or process driven.
Excellent attention to detail.
Great IT skills & the ability to work in a fast paced, changing work environment.
Good knowledge of Excel and the ability to record, log and manage data.
Excellent Customer Service Skills.
Able to multi task.
We are offering 20 to 30 hours a week. Flexible hours that suit.
Hybrid working with a Monday and Tuesday being office based.
