Alecto Recruitment is working with our client who is a market leading, global manufacturer within the Building Management systems industry.

Due to continued growth and further project wins across the South West, they are currently recruiting for a project manager.

Salary / Benefits:

• 60,000 - 70,000

The Role:

• As a project manager, you will be responsible for delivering work packages safely, within budget, on time and to client specifications
• Managing a leading project in the South West, Dorchester area along with projects in Hampshire
• Produce and manage all contractual aspects of the projects, including payments, variations, notices, extensions of time, claims for loss and expense and dispute resolution
• Provide technical support to both customers and engineering teams

Requirements:

• Experienced in a similar project management or contract management position
• Ideally strong knowledge within Building management systems
• Be a strong leader and communicator
• Experienced delivering BMS Projects.
