Supply Planner- Up to £45k- Dorset (hybrid)

Pod Talent are excited to be partnering with an ethics driven consumer goods business, who are looking for a supply and inventory planner to join their team in Dorset to support their continued growth. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone coming from an FMCG manufacturing environment who is looking to further develop their supply chain planning skills within an in-house environment.

In this role, you will be:

  • Responsible for planning short term and annual forecast for finished goods and raw materials
  • Working closely with the procurement team to ensure raw material and ingredient availability to meet demand
  • Assessing capacity and supply risks, shaping inventory strategy and ensuring optimal stock levels across categories

In order to be successful, you will have:

  • 4+ years experience in a similar supply planning environment
  • Experience working within FMCG manufacturing (ideally within GMP)
  • Strong understanding of capacity planning, S&OP, and inventory strategy
  • Experience with ERP systems and strong Excel skills (NetSuite ideal)
  • Great communication skills
