The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a driven, results-focused salesperson to join our growing team, selling SEO and digital marketing packages to small and medium-sized businesses.
You’ll play a key role in:
• Winning new business through outbound activity, cold calling, and following up inbound leads
• Managing your own sales pipeline from first contact to close
• Following our proven sales process while bringing your own style and initiative
• Helping shape the sales culture as the team continues to grow
About You:
You’ll bring:
• Proven success in outbound or phone-based sales, ideally within digital marketing, SEO, or online advertising
• Confidence in cold calling and self-sourcing new business opportunities
• Experience closing deals within short sales cycles (often same-day)
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a strong drive to achieve and exceed KPIs
• Resilience, enthusiasm, and the ability to connect quickly with small business owners
• Either experience managing or mentoring others, or the leadership capabilities to progress into that level
