Our client is a long-established and highly regarded organisation, recognised for delivering outstanding service and maintaining strong client relationships. They are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and deliver their marketing and client engagement activity.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's marketing strategy in line with business objectives, with a strong focus on digital presence, brand consistency, and client engagement.

Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the delivery of the company’s annual marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and effective use of budget.
  • Manage the company's website to ensure content is current, engaging, and compliant.
  • Oversee SEO efforts, track performance via Google Analytics, and collaborate with external digital agencies to manage campaigns, website development, and online advertising.
  • Create and coordinate engaging marketing content, including legal insights, newsletters, thought leadership pieces, and press releases.
  • Liaise with colleagues to ensure messaging supports the company's brand and sector focus.
  • Manage the company’s presence across social platforms including LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor content to enhance engagement and visibility.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all materials. Develop brochures, event banners, branded templates, and other collateral in line with visual identity guidelines.
  • Plan and deliver client-facing and internal events, including seminars, networking functions, and community initiatives. Oversee sponsorship opportunities and event promotion.
  • Identify and manage advertising placements in relevant regional and industry publications to support service and brand promotion.
  • Act as a first point of contact for certain client enquiries, supporting with quotations, directing queries appropriately, and enhancing the client experience.
  • Lead or contribute to ad hoc projects such as new service launches, office openings, or community campaigns.

Marketing Manager Experience and Skills Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a standalone or management-level marketing role.
  • Proven ability across a broad marketing mix including digital, content, brand, events, and strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media platforms.
