Dorking, Surrey | 40 hrs per week

The Role:

  • Lead, supervise, and inspire clinical and care teams
  • Oversee quality through audits, training, and policy implementation
  • Assess potential residents and liaise with key stakeholders
  • Support the Home Manager with all clinical operations
  • Participate in on-call duties as required
