What We're Looking For in Our Early Years Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a good honours degree.
  • Experience or training (including ITT placements) in Early Years or KS1 teaching.
  • Experience teaching phonics, ideally with Little Wandle.
  • A strong understanding of Development Matters and Early Years pedagogy.
  • A genuine love for children and a passion to see them thrive.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with parents and colleagues.
  • Excellent organisational skills, punctuality, and professional standards.
