What We're Looking For in Our Early Years Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a good honours degree.
- Experience or training (including ITT placements) in Early Years or KS1 teaching.
- Experience teaching phonics, ideally with Little Wandle.
- A strong understanding of Development Matters and Early Years pedagogy.
- A genuine love for children and a passion to see them thrive.
- Ability to work collaboratively with parents and colleagues.
- Excellent organisational skills, punctuality, and professional standards.
