Locum Conveyancer Full And/Or Part Time

We are a well-regarded, family-run firm in Dorking, known for our exceptional service and close collaboration with local estate agents and businesses. We’re currently seeking a Locum Qualified Conveyancer to support our growing team on a flexible basis.

?? Pay: £35 to £50 per hour (DOE)?? Availability: Immediate start preferred – flexible days/hours�? Hybrid: Office-based with potential for hybrid working (discussed 1:1)

You’ll manage conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Experience with wills and powers of attorney is a bonus.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in conveyancing (preferred)
• CLC/CILEx qualified (desirable)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
