Are you a detail-oriented, organised, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment? Were looking for a Production Picker to join our team in Dorking, ensuring materials are accurately picked, packed, and supplied to support our busy aftersales and production operations.

About the Role

As a Production Picker, you'll play a vital role in keeping our production and aftersales operations running smoothly. You'll ensure all internal material requirements are met accurately and on time helping to maintain excellent stock availability and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack and deliver materials from production to internal departments.

  • Process parts received from component manufacturing.

  • Produce and maintain KPI data and other material analysis reports.

  • Support weekly production meetings with up-to-date data and insights.

  • Collaborate closely with production planners and logistics teams to meet material demand.

  • Contribute to achieving agreed targets for material availability and accuracy.

What Were Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience working in a busy warehouse or production environment.

  • Experience using ERP or warehouse management systems.

  • Basic Excel and data processing skills.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Desirable

  • Previous experience with automotive parts or aftersales operations.

  • Forklift truck licence (Counterbalance or Reach) or willingness to train.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems including Warehouse Management (WM) modules.
