Due to continued growth, a global manufacturer of products used in scientific research applications is seeking a skilled Injection Moulding Process Technician to join their team. This role will play a key part with production, ensuring the machines are running efficiently with the most suitable process to allow quality approved products to be made.
***35,000-42,000 DOE, Mon-Fri working, Healthcare, Life Assurance***
As an Injection Moulding Technician, your duties will include:
- Set up and optimise moulding machines to ensure top-quality production.
- Perform precise tool changes with overhead gantries and hoists.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process challenges.
- Approve production quality with First Off checks.
- Keep production documentation up to date and accurate.
To be successful in the role of injection Moulding Technician, the ideal candidate will:
- Have extensive experience in injection moulding processes.
- Possess strong troubleshooting skills to address moulding and process issues effectively.
- Have a solid understanding of moulding machinery and materials.
